Nutshell

Following completing a PhD in Philosophy in my twenties, I changed course and entered the world of PR and MarComms with a passion for purpose-driven strategy. After an informative stint working for a multi-service agency, I became freelance in 2018 which allowed me to boost multiple projects at once and develop unique perspectives. With experience ranging from start-ups and non-profits all the way to national government and global brands, I work exclusively on projects that pursue positive social impact goals.​ Over the years my impact focus has taken various shapes from eco-innovation to diversity and inclusion.  Today, I am most interested in how to boldly respond to the climate crisis, a.k.a. the greatest challenge to ever face humankind.

We live in challenging times. Whether under the banner of ‘Corporate social responsibility’ (CSR), 'Environmental, Social and Governance' (ESG) or the UN’s ‘Sustainable Development Goals’ (SDGs), the need for organisations to do more to bring about a more just society, has never been greater.  I am committed to furthering these efforts in both my personal and professional life.

Geography

I am native to the U.K. and grew up in a small village in the North West of England. Since 2010 London has been my base, but I have spent time living, studying and working all over the world including: United States, South Korea, France, Italy and Germany.  Currently, I am loving working most of the time from my home in North London.

Interests

I have always been curious about of the meaning of life and how best to be of service whilst here on Earth. Studying religion and philosophy, embracing yoga, meditation, journalling, and long walks in nature, are some the current modalities that help me stay on track, alongside actively pursuing my personal  development. I am passionate about trauma informed leadership and bringing both the head and the heart to my daily work.
